Operations Associate

Job Description:

Hertz Global Holdings is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business - Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes - Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions - Provide support in project management and implementation - Assist in developing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets - Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
