Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Etihad Airways is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai, UAE. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily operations - Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services - Manage and update databases with relevant operational information - Assist in creating reports and presentations for senior management - Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies - Provide support in managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute operational projects efficiently - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in operations or a similar role preferred - Energetic and motivated personality with a proactive approach to work - Excellent people management and negotiation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and organizational skills - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
