Operations Manager

Job Description:

Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams - Oversee budgeting and financial planning to optimize resources and achieve profitability goals - Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery - Handle any operational issues or emergencies as they arise, resolving them in a timely and effective manner - Supervise and mentor employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field (preferred)
