Remote Operations Manager

Consolidated Edison is currently seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a similar role and a mid-to-senior level of expertise. The Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a remote team, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

**Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and lead a remote team, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor performance and productivity levels of team members - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address operational needs - Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle escalated issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members

**Requirements:** - 7 years of experience in operations management - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Proven track record of achieving operational goals and targets - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
