Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resilient Operations Manager to join our team at News Corp. in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Manage budget and expenses to optimize operational costs - Supervise and train staff to enhance their performance and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Oversee inventory management and procurement processes - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a similar industry - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to think critically and solve complex problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational and time-management skills
