Etihad Airways is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in the aviation industry at a mid-to-senior level. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee remote operations for Etihad Airways, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize remote operations and enhance overall performance. - Lead and mentor a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support to ensure success. - Work collaboratively with other department heads to streamline operations and improve communication and coordination. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions. - Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in remote operations, finding solutions to improve outcomes. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a proven track record in operations management. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence. - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making quick decisions under pressure. - Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours as needed.
