Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations management and be resilient, motivated, cooperative, and skilled in problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all remote operation activities for NextEra Energy in Abu Dhabi. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows. 5. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of remote employees. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote operations management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools. 6. Experience working with remote teams is a plus. 7. Professional certifications in operations management are preferred.
