Operations Manager

Job Description:

Abu Dhabi Media Company is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics - Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow - Coordinate with various departments to optimize operational processes - Identify and address operational issues and challenges - Oversee budgeting and cost management - Supervise a team of employees and provide leadership and guidance - Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Dedication to achieving company goals - Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving - Ability to work cooperatively with others and lead a team effectively - Experience in project management is preferred
