Operations Manager

Job Description:

Essendant is seeking a reliable and driven Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational activities within the company. Your strategic planning and analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity - Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, logistics, and quality control - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Lead and develop a team of employees, providing mentorship and guidance to cultivate future leaders within the organization - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the success of operational strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 5 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience in the retail industry is a plus
