Operations Manager

Job Description:

Kohl's is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and adaptable personality. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity - Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service - Analyze data and implement improvements to meet and exceed customer expectations - Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor and report on key performance indicators - Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals - Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding targets - Knowledge of retail operations is a plus
