Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Whole Foods Market in Dubai. As a leading natural and organic foods retailer, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our community. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store, overseeing various aspects of the day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products - Oversee the maintenance of the store facilities and equipment - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards - Collaborate with other department heads to achieve overall business goals - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or food industry - Proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading teams - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
