Operations Manager

Job Description:

S&P Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate-level Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring productivity, quality, and efficiency - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency - Manage and optimize resources to ensure maximum productivity - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and meet targets - Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, motivating and supporting team members to achieve goals - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of success in a similar role - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick, effective decisions - Time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
