Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Nakheel Properties is seeking a motivated and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all operational aspects of Nakheel Properties, ensuring efficient and effective business processes. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and achieve company goals. 3. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance collaboration. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational metrics to senior management. 5. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity. 6. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 8. Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective solutions. 9. Handle any issues or escalations related to operations in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong project management and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Proven track record of successful operational management. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. 8. Motivated and dedicated to achieving company objectives.
