Personal Assistant

Job description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our executive office. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events - Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team - Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the office

Requirements: - Passionate and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and innovation soft skills - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
