Jones Financial is seeking a dedicated and confident Secretary to work from home in Dubai. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. 2. Manage correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls. 3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 4. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and preparing reports. 5. Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements: 1. Must be dedicated and confident in dealing with various tasks. 2. Strong strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Ability to think outside the box and bring innovation to the role. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
