Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Virtual Assistant to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Abu Dhabi. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the insurance industry and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize digital files and documents. 2. Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments. 3. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. 4. Conduct online research as needed. 5. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks. 6. Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports. 7. Provide support with any other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Must be adaptable and able to work independently. 3. Strong presentation and communication skills. 4. High level of emotional intelligence. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
