Job Description:
INTL FCStone is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. 2. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally. 3. Conduct research on various topics as needed. 4. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents. 5. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. 6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 7. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. 6. Must be resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities. 7. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 8. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
