Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and resilient Virtual Assistant to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Abu Dhabi. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, assisting with various tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between team members. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for team members - Organize and maintain files and documents - Coordinate meetings and conference calls - Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations - Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner - Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations - Conduct research on various topics as needed - Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
