Virtual Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a motivated and driven Virtual Assistant to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong planning and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Conduct research and compile data - Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders - Assist with project management tasks - Prepare reports and presentations - Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Motivated and driven personality - Ability to work independently and proactively - Planning and adaptability skills
