Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the account management team in maintaining client relationships. 2. Assist with account onboarding and offboarding processes. 3. Conduct regular account audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. 4. Analyze account data and provide insights to help drive business decisions. 5. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues. 6. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for key stakeholders. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
