Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and driven Account Support Associate to join our team at Kraft Heinz. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level role, we require candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts by assisting with order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries. 2. Collaborate with sales representatives to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for growth. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team. 4. Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness. 5. Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods. 6. Monitor sales performance and key metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. 7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support roles. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
