Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and driven Account Support Associate to join our team at Hormel Foods. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE, offering part-time hours. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts by managing and maintaining relationships with clients. 2. Assist with the development and execution of account strategies to drive sales and growth. 3. Conduct analysis of account performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Communicate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure client satisfaction. 5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Maintain accurate records of account information and activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred.
