Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a motivated and driven Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve client goals - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders - Assist in managing budgets and financial aspects of client accounts - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in account management or client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - People management skills and ability to work in a team environment - Creativity and strategic thinking to solve complex problems - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
