Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Union Pacific is looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our key clients.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional support and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients - Monitor account performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work with internal teams to resolve any client-related issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide regular updates to clients on new products or services, promotions, and industry trends - Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance and present findings to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record in account management and client relationship building - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated cooperation and problem-solving skills
