Job Description:
TravelCenters of America is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience in account management or customer support.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and providing outstanding support - Manage and respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Provide regular updates and reports to management on key account performance and metrics - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in account management and customer support
Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality with a positive attitude - Strong research skills and ability to gather and analyze data effectively - Leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in account management or customer support - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
