Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Apache is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work independently. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients - Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients to achieve mutual goals - Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and satisfaction

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in account management or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Experience in the technology industry is a plus - Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing environments
