Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Account Support Manager to join our team at Dubai Islamic Bank. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts - Provide assistance and support to clients with their inquiries and requests - Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Prepare reports and presentations for account reviews

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Persuasion and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
