Computer Sciences is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and proactively provide support and solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver high-quality services to clients - Monitor account health and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention - Lead regular account review meetings with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth - Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Passionate and driven individual with a customer-centric approach and a dedication to excellence - Solid people management and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others to achieve common goals - Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment
