Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team at Weyerhaeuser. This is a part-time remote work position based in Dubai, Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create customized account plans and strategies to meet client needs - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and address any issues or concerns - Assist clients with product inquiries, pricing negotiations, and order processing - Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Prepare reports and presentations to update management on account performance and future opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales support - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely and managing accounts in a virtual environment - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events - Passion for customer service and commitment to exceeding client expectations
