Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team at Lithia Motors. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing account support to our clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our services - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are being met

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication skills - Innovative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
