Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our remote team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks such as account setup, invoicing, and payment processing - Communicate effectively with clients to address any account-related issues or inquiries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities - Collaborate with the account management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and driven personality, with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
