Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Precision Castparts is seeking a highly motivated and independent Account Support Representative to join our remote team in Abu Dhabi, AE. Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts by managing communication and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. 2. Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and growth. 4. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products and services. 7.
