Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Generate reports and assist with data entry and record keeping - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist clients - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance standards

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems
