Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This position is remote, allowing for flexible work hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with managing client accounts and ensuring all account information is accurate and up-to-date. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address any inquiries or issues. 3. Collaborate with sales teams to provide support on client accounts and ensure smooth operations. 4. Help generate reports and analyze data to track account performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes. 6. Assist with training new team members on account management processes and company policies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account support strategies. 8. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and organizing client documents.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 8. Knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury retail is a plus.
