Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Celgene is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up appropriately - Assist with account management tasks, such as updating client information and processing customer orders - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients - Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve overall client experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Reliable and resourceful individual with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
