Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Abu Dhabi Ship Building is seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but ideal candidates will possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. This role offers the opportunity for travel, relocation allowance, and dental insurance benefits.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Input data accurately into the company's CRM system. 4. Assist in maintaining call center metrics and reporting. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Continuously strive to improve call center processes and performance.

Requirements: 1. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Energetic attitude with a positive outlook on work. 3. Ability to think strategically and plan accordingly. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
