Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Call Center Assistant at Mattel, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity based in Dubai, UAE where you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general support - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and autonomously - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a dedicated workspace and stable internet connection for remote work
