Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team at Auto-Owners Insurance. As a remote worker based in Abu Dhabi, AE, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information about our insurance products, assisting with policyholder inquiries, and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight with every interaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing excellent customer service - Assisting customers with policy inquiries and making changes to their existing policies - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Conducting research to provide accurate information to customers - Following up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments as necessary to address customer needs - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy - Excellent research and planning skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Reliable and able to work remotely with minimal supervision - Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations with professionalism - Proficiency in using technology and software systems - High school diploma or equivalent
