Dubai Duty Free is seeking a motivated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the option to work remotely. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide assistance and support to customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints - Utilize creativity and research skills to find solutions to customer problems - Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Update customer information in the database accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customer needs - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and research skills to find innovative solutions for customers - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace for remote work
