Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Hormel Foods is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a part-time, remote position at the Associate Level with an opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management and possess the personality traits of being driven and resourceful. Additionally, they should have strong soft skills in cooperation and people management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Train and onboard new team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a call center environment - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
