Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, offering part-time hours for a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the operations of the call center team, including monitoring performance, providing coaching, and ensuring quality customer service is delivered - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Analyze call center data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Maintain call center equipment and software to ensure optimal functionality

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Experience with remote work and managing virtual teams is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
