Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Express Scripts Holding. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, AE, offering part-time hours and requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. As a Mid-to-Senior Level employee, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our remote call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to drive continuous improvement - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development - Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts as needed - Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a call center management role - Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
