Job Description:
FirstEnergy is seeking a remote Call Center Manager to join our dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our call center operations to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role, with a track record of success in driving efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents to ensure optimal performance and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels - Monitor call center metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in managing a remote call center team - Strong leadership and communication skills - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer service excellence - Attention to detail and strong presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in MS Office and call center software
