Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Precision Castparts is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center team. Your main duties will include managing a team of call center representatives, monitoring performance metrics, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, and handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints. You will also be responsible for training and coaching staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure a high level of service.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team. You must possess excellent decision-making skills and the ability to conduct thorough research to solve complex problems.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A strong understanding of call center technology and systems is also required.
