Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a dedicated and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai. As an Entry Level position, we welcome individuals with 0 years of experience who possess excellent communication and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service - Record customer information and interactions in the database accurately - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
