Job Description - Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Henry Schein is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with product inquiries, orders, and concerns. 2. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Collect and document customer information accurately in the company database. 4. Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and communication within the call center. 6. Adhere to call center policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance regulations. 7. Meet call handling metrics and goals to contribute to the overall success of the call center.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality. 4. Reliable and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 5. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions confidently.
