Job Description: The Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through remote phone interactions. This position requires working part-time hours from a remote location in Dubai. The Call Center Officer will handle a high volume of incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, demonstrating resilience in handling challenging situations, and utilizing research and creativity to effectively address customer needs.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and features. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 8. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 9. Use creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 4. Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and CRM systems. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. 8. Resilience in handling challenging situations and maintaining professionalism under pressure. 9. Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 10. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
