Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Assurant is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product and service inquiries 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner 3. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively 4. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system 6. Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics on a consistent basis 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Hardworking and independent personality traits 3. Strong cooperation and attention to detail soft skills 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems 7. High school diploma or equivalent required 8. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
