Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team as a remote worker in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone communication, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner - Utilize persuasion skills to promote company products and services to customers - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets - Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Meet quality assurance standards and key performance indicators set by the company - Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a remote work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong teamwork and persuasion soft skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications - Flexibility to work part-time hours and remotely from Dubai, AE - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
