Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at Paccar. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, offering part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service skills - Managing time effectively to handle a high volume of calls

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work remotely with minimal supervision - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve effectively - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
